Everybody who comes to Cappy’s loves this special potion. It’s great on tossed salads, of course. But it’s also perfect for potato and pasta salads — and wicked good in a ham salad or on cold chicken. Here on the coast, we like to stir it into seafood salads. Try it as a marinade and baste for grilled chicken, fish, and vegetables, too. You’ll probably create your own scrumptious recipes.
